Onsite consultation- You will have a scheduled date and time to meet with one of our designers. The meeting will take 15-30 minutes and they will go over all your options and answer any questions you have. We will talk to you about project details and show you photos of similar projects.
Design & Proposal
A detailed estimate will be emailed to you within one week with all the pricing information. There will be a link for you to apply for financing if you decide to choose that option. We will provide you with a detailed rendering of your project after the initial deposit is made. We have a list of references you can contact and even see their project in person.
After we have a signed contract, we will apply for all necessary permits with the city. We will provide you with the same paperwork for you to submit to your HOA. This process usually takes 4-6 weeks to get approval and we will take care of scheduling inspections throughout the project.
You will have a Project Manager assigned to oversee your project from start to finish. On average, your project is expected to take 4-6 weeks. They will keep you updated throughout the entire process with stellar communication and make sure all your questions and concerns are answered.
