Chris Neeley | Owner
Chris is our owner and he oversees the entire operation and makes sure everything is getting done the right way. From design to execution, he is fully involved to solve any issues that may arise and is dedicated to bringing your ideas and dreams to life. Chris got his start at Habitat for Humanity where he learned all aspects of home construction and outdoor living. A carpenter by trade, he set out building patio covers and quickly realized he needed a team behind him. 15 years later, here we are with the best team around because we care about our customers first and foremost. Above all else, Chris and the entire team at Christian Carpentry are committed to carrying out our standards throughout the building process. We believe in leaving you with something that you can share with your friends and family, something that’ll be the cornerstone of reality in the backyard of your dreams.
Christian Pennington | Sales Manager
Meet our sales manager, Christian Pennington! Christian grew up in Arlington and knows the DFW area very well. He will be your designer and the first person you meet for your consultation. Christian has an eye for detail and design and knows how to make a backyard beautiful! Christian will meet with you on-site to go over all your options in person during the design stage. He’s also responsible for pricing and providing an estimate to you in a timely manner. The meeting will take 15-30 minutes and he will go over all your options and answer any questions you have. He will talk to you about project details and show you photos of similar projects.
Tony Estrada | Project Manager
Meet our project manager, Tony Estrada. Tony has been in the carpentry industry for over 30 years. He takes care of scheduling the different stages of each project. He will make sure all your questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. He is involved with every project from start to finish, promising a smooth process and a project you can be proud of. On average, your project is expected to take 4-6 weeks. He will keep you updated throughout the entire process with stellar communication and make sure all your questions and concerns are answered.
Glenn Burhyte | Project Manager

He will make sure all your questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Allyssa | Office Manager
Meet our Office Manager, Allyssa Jabanero. She does so much for us from city permits and estimates to making sure the office is operating at high efficiency. She’s always available to help with any questions you might have. She is your first point of contact when you reach out to Christian Carpentry. She takes care of scheduling your consultation, city permits, and the marketing department. She will make sure all your questions and concerns are answered and get all your ideas and job details on record. We are lucky to have her!
